Cooking guidelines: Drain the vinegar, wrap individual cherries in a little piece of streaky bacon, skewer with baby wooden cocktail sticks. Place on a foil lined tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. They will caramelise and turn crispy, ensure piping hot throughout.
