Shipping Policy

Currently there is no shipping option on items in the shop. We wanted to launch the site as soon as possible and this means we still need time to sort logistics out with regards to which items can be shipped etc.

We hope to have delivery options available soon.


Return & Exchange Policy

At Sip & Tuck, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

  • If you have technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
  • If after you attempted to resolve issues with us and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not fit your requirements, we want to make things right.

What if my order is faulty or damaged?

Should you receive faulty or damaged goods please return them and we will replace them. (It is the customers responsibility to pay return postage.) 

What is your refund or exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase you have the right to a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. (It is the customers responsibility to pay return postage and the product has to be in re-sellable condition, with no seals broken, damage or signs or use.) 

This understandably excludes perishable, fresh produce. Many food or drink items are non refundable.

We would love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

Sip & Tuck and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via at Customer refund processing time.
